When does admission to events commence?
Admission normally begins 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the start of football games. Concerts may however, have differing admission times. Further information can be found on our homepage approximately 1 week prior to the event.
When does the event begin?
The time of the event can be found on the purchased ticket.
Is the use of cameras and video cameras in the Red Bull Arena Leipzig permitted?
Video and sound recording equipment, professional photographic equipment as well as SLR cameras are forbidden by the organizers.
Am I allowed to bring food and drinks to events?
The consumption of food or drinks brought to events is not permitted. There is an exception however, for guests who have to carry food or drink due to health reasons, provided they are in the possession of medical evidence. Also excluded from this ban is food for babies and toddlers.
Food and drinks can be purchased before the event and during intervals in our catering areas.
Are children under 16 permitted to attend concerts or sporting events without parents?
Children under 16 will only be able to attend in the company of a parent or guardian (as in accordance with the Youth Protection Law "JuSchG")
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the supervision of their children. For further information please ask the respective event organizer (Found on your ticket)
Is smoking permitted in the Red Bull Arena Leipzig?
Yes.
Are there cloakrooms in the Red Bull Arena Leipzig?
No.

Items of lost property found will be stored with the technical service of the Leipzig Arena.

Are there reserved spaces for wheelchair users?
There are allocated spaces for wheelchair users. Please inform us when you purchase your ticket if you are a wheelchair user or require space for one.
Are there guided tours of the Red Bull Arena Leipzig?
During high season times (April - September) guided tours are offered from Wednesdays to Saturdays at 2pm. To reserve a place on a tour, please contact us on the following number: 0341/2341-117
During low season (October - March) guided tours are offered only by request. The minimum size booking accepted is 10 persons. It is however, possible for individuals to join other tour groups. Further details can be found on the navigation menu on the left under "Red Bull Arena > Stadium tours"
Does the Red Bull Arena Leipzig have a closed roof?
The stadium does not have a completely closed roof, however, almost all guests sitting in the upper and lower rows sit under the stadium's roof construction.
